About Our Executive Coaching: Support For Non-Profit Leaders.
Bible ministry has been my passion for over 3 decades, having served as President of ABS, Wycliffe Bible Translators and The Seed Company. I held field leadership positions with Wycliffe/SIL, working in Ecuador and Guatemala. In prior years I enjoyed a successful career in business management. Education includes a Master’s degree in Social Science/Leadership Studies from Azusa Pacific University an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Roger Williams University, and Stanford University’s Executive Program for Non-Profit Leaders. Eastern University and Taylor University have both awarded me Honorary Doctorates. I am a partner in the Alliance for Board Effectiveness, an Executive Coach with Dickerson/Baker, a CTA Certified Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Rita and I live in Orlando, FL. We have four children and love spending time with our six grandchildren.
